About Our Sand Crib
We have been vacationing at Panama City Beach for more than 20 years. We started staying at Edgewater in 2013 when we were invited to play in Fall Brawl Tennis Tournament. This is where we rest and rejuvenate from the everyday hustle of life. We bought this condo and did a complete remodel in the Spring on 2021. We are very excited to share our condo with our friends and acquaintances. Once you arrive you will feel the love and attention to detail that has been given to the beautiful location on Panama City Beach.
AMENITIES
Beach and Pools
The white sandy beaches and emerald green waters are just a short trip over the private pedestrian bridge. It is an 8 mins walk or take the free tram service to the beach. The 11,000 sqft Lagoon Pool is located on the beach side between the towers. The kids splash pad is across from the Lagoon Pool. If you don't like crowds, enjoy one of the other 10 pools on site

Kitchen Ready
This newly remodeled kitchen has everything for you to make those special vacation meals. Here are a few of the many items: Electric Grill, Keurig, Reg Filter and Nespresso coffeemakers. Toaster, Water Filter, Blender, Microwave, Air Fryer Oven, Fridge with two icemakers. Plus all of the pots & pans and dishes needed to feed 8 people.

We wanted to make it easy for you to enjoy the beach and the resort by providing a beach wagon and chairs. We have a set of Golf Irons for the 3 par course and PickleBall paddles and balls. Hair Dryer and Washer& Dryer.
Technology
Free upgraded WiFi along with a wireless laser printer located on the desk in the master bedroom. Large Screen TV in the family room and 36" TV's in the bedroom all with new cable boxes and remotes
Safety and Security
Edgewater has a guarded entrance to keep non guest from entering the property. You will see the security guards making frequent rounds throughout the property. The condo is equipped with new smoke and CO2 detectors along with fire extinguishers.
